Originally from Northern Germany, I’ve lived and worked in the US, France, Sweden, and the Netherlands. Today, I’m based out of Düsseldorf, Germany, where I help businesses lay the operational and strategic foundations for long-term growth.

My Journey

I hold a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from TU Berlin and another Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship & Innovation Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden. Early in my career, I had the unique opportunity to help build Sweden’s first gigafactory for battery production, working at Northvolt to optimize material flow and operations. It was an intense and rewarding 3.5 years, and I discovered my passion for solving complex operational problems.

From there, I moved into consulting at McKinsey, where I specialized in operations transformations, working with manufacturing businesses across industries to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and navigate operational challenges. While consulting gave me a broad perspective on industry best practices, I wanted to work more closely with clients, helping them implement solutions that actually work on the ground.

So, in 2025, I took the leap and started my own consulting practice. Now, I help manufacturing businesses fix growing pains, design scalable systems, and build the operational backbone they need to grow with confidence.

What I’m Doing Now

Today, I work with manufacturing leaders to solve their biggest operational challenges. Whether it’s through 1:1 consulting, in-depth projects, or workshops, my goal is to help businesses scale smoothly without losing what makes them great.

When I’m not working, you can find me running, reading the latest in business literature, writing, traveling, or creating content for my YouTube channel. These passions keep me energized and constantly learning—two things I strive to bring into every project I take on.
